Refund policy


At Alphabonix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please read the following conditions carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:

- It must be in its original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

- All original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the return.

- The return must be initiated within the 14-day window.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned if their original sealed packaging has been opened:

- Underwear

- Socks

Please note that sale or discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced items. Customised or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless faulty.

3. How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
To begin the return process, please email our customer support team at support@alphabonix.com. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions within 24-48 business hours.

Step 2: Ship Your Item
Once your return is approved, please securely package the item(s) and send them to the following address:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately at support@alphabonix.com with photos of the issue, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange for a collection.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its status. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

The quickest way to process an exchange is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible. Alternatively, please contact our support team to discuss other exchange options.
